TOM T. O'KEEFE

Mr. O’Keefe is the Chairman and CEO of O’Keefe Development, a company he founded in 1986. Since its inception, O'Keefe Development has developed or acquired approximately four million square feet of commercial real estate projects with an asset value of approximately $500 million.

O'Keefe is also the founder and former Chairman & CEO of Tully’s Coffee Corporation (“Tully’s”), founded in 1992. O'Keefe developed and executed the initial business plan and directed the building of the brand, both domestically and internationally. O'Keefe retired from the Tully's board in early 2010 after selling a substantial portion of the company to Green Mountain Coffee/Keurig. The sale provided capital for a payoff of all debt and a partial return of capital to all investors.

Prior to founding O'Keefe Development, O'Keefe was a leasing and sales broker with Coldwell Banker Commercial Real Estate Services. In his 8+ years as a broker O'Keefe negotiated in excess of 400 transactions.

O'Keefe and his wife Cathy have been committed to and actively involved in community organizations for over 30 years. Most efforts focus on the health, education and welfare of the children in our community. The O’Keefe’s were co-founders of the Patrons of Cystic Fibrosis and of the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation of Seattle guilds. O'Keefe is presently serving as a board member for the Juvenile Diabetes Guild of Seattle and The Museum of Flight. O’Keefe formerly served as a board member for Villa Academy, Seattle Preparatory Academy, Virginia Mason Hospital, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, Children’s Hospital and the Bellevue Boy’s and Girl’s Club.

Mr. O’Keefe attended the University of Washington and majored in Communications/Advertising.
